WOD 10 Rounds For Time: 5 Devil Presses 10 Wt. Box Step Ups 25 Double or Single Unders For Devil Presses if you have DB use them otherwise use veggie or fruit cans. A Devil Press is a burpee and when you come to the top of the burpee you swing the DB or cans overhead. Whatever wt. you use for the Devil Press use for the Wt. Box Step Ups. No jumprope?
