Athletes need to complete the 3 movements listed below in the sequence 50-40-30-20-10 as quickly as possible while meeting the standards and specific requirements for each level and division.
Note: Level 2 athletes perform half the number of Double Unders as Level 3 in each round (25 for round 1, 20 for round 2, 15 for round 3, 10 for round 4, and 5 for round 5).
